We accept orders by post, telephone, or e-mail - but please do not put your credit card number in an e-mail message, as this is insecure!

As there is usually only one item per description, it would help if you could state alternatives that would be acceptable, if your first choice has gone. Otherwise, please telephone me with details of items that you would like to order - they will be reserved for you for three days, to allow your payment to arrive.

Terms of Business by Post

1 Payment with order, unless known to me.

2 We accept Cash, (in registered envelopes), cheques, POs, and credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Delta/Switch/Solo/Electron).

3 Postage – please add £4 for Recorded Delivery (ie uninsured) or £8 for Special Delivery (Registered Post - full insurance). Extra postage is charged at cost for bulky and heavy items.

4 UK orders over £125 are sent post-free, insured (not books/heavy).

5 OVERSEAS orders – postage is charged at cost, usually £10 for Europe, or £15 for rest of the world.

There is no VAT to deduct for non-EU customers, as there is still no VAT on books, and all the rest of my stock is sold on the Margin.

Your TOTAL satisfaction is guaranteed – as is my stock. If you are unhappy for any reason with your order, you may return all or part to me within seven days for a full no-quibble refund.
